Feeling extra tired or flat?
We’re sitting in energies of enormous shift, and many of you are working through and letting go of all kinds of things in order to unblock, heal and move forward. This will be true of many empaths, intuitives, highly sensitive people and those of you walking the path of personal and spiritual development.
If you’re tired, don’t push it! Take a raincheck, have an early night, keep things simple and let go of the need for massive expectation from yourself or others. Above all, listen to and honour your body and what it is telling you. Maintain your boundaries and be aware of the energy vampires in your life. Stay hydrated, and drink a little extra water on top of your normal quantities too. Maybe add in some electrolytes or take a magnesium supplement at day’s end. Go for healthy food options over junk – your body is repairing and rebuilding and that takes energy so fuel yourself with the best quality nutrition you can manage.
Remember that thinking, talking and engaging take energy, so step back from social engagements and heavy conversations if you need to. It’s only temporary, and you’ll be glad you allowed yourself that extra time to rest. Naps and breaks may be necessary, and that’s okay!
These current energies will peak on the 8th of November and then settle down again after that, but slowly. So, expect that for the next few weeks energetically sensitive people may need to take that extra downtime. Don’t feel bad about that – just recognise how much work you are doing on a soul level.
Take each day as it comes, and be prepared to change plans during the day if you find yourself extra fatigued. It will pass. Until then, be gentle with yourself if you find that you are one of the sensitive souls affected by shift right now.
