People who fit don’t seek. The seekers are those that don’t fit.

Hi, Lovelies.
I have a pep talk for you today.
It’s okay to be a little weird.
Or a lot.
It’s okay to not be one of the cool gang, or the ‘in’ crowd.
It’s okay to be different.
If you’ve ever been called (or thought of yourself) as strange, different, wrong, freaky, ugly, a misfit, a mistake, abnormal, mystifying, eccentric, funky, odd, unnatural, queer, grotesque, kooky, creepy, too —– (you know: too sensitive, too loud, too much, too shy, too quiet, too dramatic, too anything), or just plain weird, this message is for you.
You have value, you are worthy, and you are fine, just as you are.
Weird people are my people.
You are my people.
I love you because you are YOU, and weird is my favorite kind of friend. What makes you less usual also makes you interesting, multi-faceted, authentic, individual and wonderful.
Even if you hide your weird, or are embarrassed by or ashamed of your weirdness, I want you to know that it makes you beautiful. And you are lovable, and just fine, just as you are. You might feel like a solitary unicorn in a field of horses right now, but I promise that in the world you will not be the only unicorn!
So, go be you. Embrace your uniqueness, your diversity, your unicorn self. Be the you-est you that you can be. Shine your light. There’s no point hiding it.
And know there will always be room for you at my table.
Hugs and love, kindred one. Nicole xx
