Focus and Intention – Monday Oracle 13 November 2023

Hello, Lovelies!

This Quarter I am using The Shaman’s Dream Oracle by Alberto Villoldo and Colette Baron-Reid with artwork by Jena DellaGrottaglia, for my weekly oracle readings.

Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 17. EYE OF THE NEEDLE – INTENTIONALITY.

2023 is a year for change, creating solid foundations, and for spiritual journeying. It’s a year for personal growth, and for clarifying who you are, what you want, and why you are here.

November is a month for sacred journeying – for living with mindfulness and stepping more into your personal power. It’s a time for bringing good medicine into your life – the things that nourish, support and heal you. The things that help you grow into a better version of yourself.

17. EYE OF THE NEEDLE – INTENTIONALITY

This week you are reminded of the power of focus and the importance of using that focus in your life. Don’t scatter your energy by trying to do too many things at once, by being all things to all people and by multi-tasking. Instead, go laser-focused on one thing at a time.

There is something powerful in bringing your attention to the moment – to living fully in the presence of a person, a task, an idea. Your focus becomes a sacred act. It can lead to the creation of new things. It can invoke patterns of completion. It heightens flow of inspiration and draws forth synchronicities and magic.

What can you bring your focus to this week? What most needs your attention? How can you create a concerted effort to get something started or completed? This week also supports major decision making and all forms of writing, legal work and signing of important documents.

My Top Tip For The Week Ahead: 

There can be great power in going slowly and not giving up. Consistent small steps and patience can change your life, so don’t worry about the speed of your progress, just be committed to your plan and then trust in positive outcomes.

This week, working slowly and consistently, and with good planning, you’ll get much more achieved than you ever thought possible. Being slow, strategic and methodic will create real and tangible progress.

Your intuition will be on high alert too, so trust your own gut instincts over experts and gurus.

I’ve had a busy week of packing orders and writing love letters to my Inner Circle and members of our community who’ve purchased a Planner or other item through Etsy.

I’ve also been pacing myself because gee, I hadn’t realised how much this latest illness took it out of me. I am feeling much better, but my energy is still low, and my thyroid is still misbehaving as a result of all the physical stress my body endured.

One thing that has really helped has been my twice-daily meditation practice. I have loved meditating for all of you, and it has been very special to feel the energies of some of my Inner Circle and retreat students adding their meditations to my own. If you added your name, or the name of a loved one to any of my posts here or on Facebook you are on my list, even if I haven’t responded to you personally, and I will be meditating for you until Wednesday this week so it’s not too late if you’d still like to be included.

This week I’ll be adding more items to the Etsy shop, including crystal bracelets, very limited edition carnelian palm stones, and an essential oil blend for 2024. I needed to allow my Inner Circle to have priority with this limited edition stock first, and I know you’ll love these new offerings. But just a reminder – they are limited and when we run out there will be no more.
