Remember back in the deep dark days of the pandemic when we all stayed home and got lonely?
I feel a bit like that right now, mostly due to my own poor health, so I decided to do something a little social.
Feel like catching up for a cuppa, some comfort and company and a good chat?
You’ll find a simple colouring project to download at the link below, or bring your own crafty project.
The theme for our chat is ART AND THE HEART, and I’ll be sharing information, tips and research around the importance of creativity as a force for good in our lives. This is a session where we can connect, chat, share and be together – and right now that kind of connection is so important. It’s a Zoom meeting, so register at the link and I’ll see you there. It’s up to you whether you have your camera on, but it is so lovely to see each other’s faces!
Make sure to have some snacks and your favourite beverage ready for our hour together. And yes, you are welcome to bring family members or friends along, as we colour, chat and spend time in each other’s delightful company.
