If you’ve been stuck, stagnant, or simply yearning for movement—know that things can shift quickly. The magic is in the moment you begin to return to yourself.
The Rainbow Dragon energy builds upon a message we’ve heard before: Acceptance. But this time, it’s like we’ve levelled up. The Dragon doesn’t just invite us to accept where we are—it calls us to rise, to own it with love, and to take powerful action from that truth.

I’m still battling dreadful nausea. I only get a few good hours each day before it all goes downhill, so I’ve made myself a few playlists because music is definitely good medicine when all else fails.
We’re also getting used to being a one dog household again. Rufie Dog has finally been able to smile a little again since his brother Harry died, but he’s super-clingy and won’t let us out of his sight. We’ve been giving him lots of extra cuddles and love, which has been good for us too. Thanks to everyone who send us kind and thoughtful messages after Harry’s unexpected passing. We’ll stay a one-dog house for a while, so that Rufous can get what he needs from us and move past his current anxiety before we consider another pup.
In happy news I’m running a free Colour and Cuppa Webinar today at 10am Brisbane, Australia time. I’m delaying my meds until after our session so that I can enjoy my time with you, and I’m looking forward to a few extra hours of feeling okay. These golden hours, as I have come to think of them, are so precious to me! It will be good to share one of those golden hours with you.

This is a session where we can connect, chat, share and be together – and right now that kind of connection is so important. It’s up to you whether you have your camera on, but it is so lovely to see each other’s faces!
