“Yours are the only shoes made to walk your journey.”
~ C. F. Glassman

I have some exciting news! My friend Maia Toll runs a couple of online courses every year, known as Witch Camp. Maia is a herbalist and wise woman, who is helping others to reclaim the word witch the way witch once was – where a witch is a woman who knows herself and her cycle in the seasons. And yes, men too can be witches!

Witch Camp is a seven week (and a little extra!) online course that gives daily support as you journal, connect to nature, do some soul journeying, and play with crystals, tarot and oracle cards, herbs, words, art and meditation. Writing becomes a powerful tool for transformation as you move with the cycles of the moon and the solstice, gradually becoming clear about who you are, what matters to you, and why you are here.

Sound like fun?

What’s even more exciting is that this year Maia has divided the course into Witch Camp North and Witch Camp South. She’ll be leading Witch Camp North, helping all of those in the Northern Hemisphere as they move from Spring into Summer.

Here’s the bestest bit – I will be leading Witch Camp South! I’ve customised Maia’s content for those of us who live in the Southern Hemisphere, so together we will be exploring the energies of Autumn as we move towards the Winter Solstice, using our time to retreat into ourselves, to connect with nature and ancestors, to do some deep journey work into ourselves and our shadow side (the part of us that is often hidden from our daily lives).

There’s a wonderful forum with the course where we can comment, share and support each other. And we’ll also have a private facebook page where we can gather too.

For this momentous first gathering together, Maia has opted to offer the course to you at the early bird price of $89 USD for seven delicious weeks of daily support, magic, journalling, self exploration and community. The course starts May 3rd, and you only need yourself, a notebook and just a few simple tools that you’ll most likely have already lying around the house.

If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, make sure to choose Witch Camp North with Maia.

If you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, come join Witch Camp South with me!

PS – If you have any trouble with the sign-up page you can go here: Witch Camp South

I’ll see you at Witch Camp, Lots of love, Nicole

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Hi Nicole. I’ve just reread this post and visited Maia’s page. There is a witch camp starting on the 1st November. Will you be taking the Southern Hemisphere course again? I’m really interested in doing it.

  2. What an interesting idea. I’ll have to forward this to my daughter. I think we have lost touch with nature out of fear. It’s really too bad. My daughter had a Wicken wedding many years ago and I thought it was just beautiful. There was one not so open minded but I couldn’t have been prouder. I love the idea of using all these different tools to reconnect to yourself.

    1. It sounds like it would have been a beautiful wedding! I, for one, notice a huge improvement in my sense of inner balance and well being when I make the time to connect with the earth and with myself. 🙂 Bless xx

    1. If you wanted to do a sprint, but let that sprint still be meaningful, I’d allow a half hour on the Sunday to review the week’s materials, and then five to ten minutes each day. You could find that time over a cup of coffee, during your commute, or at the start or end of each day. That five minutes, well spent, will still be meaningful.

If your weeks are crazy town (and I get that sometimes it’s unavoidable to have weeks like that) set aside one to two hours on your weekend to work through the material. That way you can deeply experience journalling and still get a transformative journey. Then pull a daily card, or spend a moment in reflection with your gratitude rock or at your Altar (this will all make sense to you once you’re working through the material) each day just to touch base and stay connected with the energy and intention you have created for yourself.

Of course, if you have more time to spend, that’s delicious. But self care and self connection can still be slotted into precious spare moments – in fact that’s how busy women have always done it! <3 xx
