Recovery is an important word and a vital concept.
It means renewal of life and energy.
Knowing how and when to recover may prove to be the most important skill in your life.

Hey, Lovelies.
There’s a common theme I am seeing with my clients and students right now.
Self-doubt, anxiety and burn-out.
People who have made good life choices are suddenly uncertain about their decisions and direction.
Some are so burned out that they are contemplating walking away from the very thing they came here to do, and that they used to love. Burned-out practitioner syndrome is a massive issue.
They’re out of flow. They’ve lost their mojo. And worse, some feel like they’ve lost themselves.
I have so much more to say about this, but I will start here:
When you’re out of flow, the first thing you need to do is rest.
Rest helps to repair what is broken.
Rest helps you to come back to yourself.
Rest renews your energy, renews your focus, and restores your hope.
So, if you feel emotionally exhausted or horribly stuck, start by gifting yourself some regular downtime.
I promise it will help.
Love, afternoon naps, and restorative beach walks, Nicole xx
