The chief beauty about time
is that you cannot waste it in advance.
The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you,
as perfect, as unspoiled,
as if you had never wasted or misapplied
a single moment in all your life.
You can turn over a new leaf every hour
if you choose.
I know – I’m a day late. But I had good reason… More on that later.
This Quarter I am using The Light Seer’s Tarot by Chris-Anne for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 10 OF PENTACLES. After months, or even years of feeling lost, uninspired or without hope, the week ahead gives us glimmers of a new way forward.
This week 10 OF PENTACLES is a reassuring message this week – of the inevitability of change, growth and progress.
For some of us, this will be change at the highest levels. This week marks the beginning of changes of governance, changes of thought that lead to changes in policy, and in the beginning of new actions for the benefit of the country or community. This could be happening in your political landscape, your employer, your own business, your school or University, your committee or club. That doesn’t mean it will all be harmonious – often we have to get messy before we get clear. But we’re moving towards clarity.
On a personal level, it’s a week for focus, inspiration and ideas that can lead to a path forward, or the identification of a project, problem to be solved or burdens to be let go.
At an immediate level, crises (yep – that means more than one crisis!) may come up which demand your urgent attention and action – for you to work on for yourself, or where you can help another. Don’t procrastinate on these. Take the time to sit with what is ugly, painful, shameful or hard. Take the time to identify what needs healing, and how you can do that, or support that process for others. Do this without judgement, and with love in your heart (or as much as you are able to do this – I know it can be difficult when emotions and hurt run deep).
Help may also come in unexpected ways. Accept it, and give thanks.🧡🙏😊
There are new directions emerging – possibilities you had thought of, and brand new ideas and inspirations that will work well for where you are going. All kinds of solutions, opportunities, healing and help is coming your way!
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead: If something has been brought to your attention more than once in the past, or if it is something you have tried to heal, fix or create in the past, and it comes to your attention again right now, know that it matters. Don’t ignore it, or put it off. Know that the Universe is urging you to embrace this thing so that you can take the next steps – whatever they may be. Have hope. Change is possible!

What’s up with me this week?
I missed blogging yesterday because I have been busy all weekend, holding space for clients in crisis, and guiding people through some of the darkest days in their lives.
I’m always honoured and humbled to do this work – but it does take a toll on me. I’m grateful to have members of my community and Inner Circle supporting me as I support others. And when I can, I’ll step away from everything for a few days and take a break to sleep, relax and recharge. Life can be so intense, and no-one can work at that level of intensity indefinitely. I know my own limits, and I can hear those burn-out alarms ringing. I won’t ignore them, I promise.
I encourage you to check in with yourself this week too. How are you feeling? How are you coping? What do you need to be sustainable, happy and more in balance? What small steps can you take to support yourself better and make things easier for yourself in the days ahead?
I’m also going to give you some advice –
Be brave this week. Reach out and get help if you or your family have problems – professional help with people who can be there for you to support you to create healthy frameworks, coping mechanisms and solutions. Hug your loved ones, and be there for each other. Speak kindly, and remember the power of words to wound or to build bridges and to heal. Take a moment and find gratitude for the many blessings in your lives. Keep breathing, and keep looking after yourselves.
