You don’t need permission to be who you are, the universe already gave you permission.

Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using The Light Seer’s Tarot by Chris-Anne for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is 8 OF WANDS. This week brings inspiration, creative and emotional clarity, a readiness to make decisions, and the ability to focus on our next steps.
This week 8 OF WANDS brings energies of focus, creative inspiration and the ability to really get stuff done!
This is a great week for transformation.
You could step into a space of positive change with your health, your business, your relationship, your financial situation, your career, or so many other things.
All of the energies this week support shift, change and growth.
But there’s one thing you need to use as a magical key to unlock the block that has been holding you back – just one thing that can change everything…
You need to act!
Even the smallest step this week can lift you out of stuckness. In fact smaller steps are great. It’s the bigger actions that usually through us into overwhelm. So choose something and begin.
Imagine if that one tiny action changed everything for you!
It could, so let’s do it!
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead: Change is never made by thinking alone. We need to move from thinking to deliberate action. So this morning I’m asking you… What deliberate actions can you identify that will bring you closer to your goals and dreams? Write them down. And then do them! Do them regularly, if they are the kind of actions which need to be repeated. I look forward to seeing what magic you can create in your life! 🙂
Stuck with knowing how to help yourself, or what to do next? Maybe you need a session with me to bring some extra clarity and direction. Details here

After a busy and intensely draining couple of weeks I ended up unable to lift my weary head off the pillow over the weekend. So, I stayed in bed and slept. If I woke up I listened to an audiobook until I fell back asleep. I slept some more, drank electrolytes, ate a few snacks, and that was pretty much the whole weekend.
On Friday I’d had grand plans for writing, social catchups and some work planning time – but none of that got done.
And that’s okay!
Sometimes we just need to surrender to exhaustion and give ourselves the rest we need to be able to get up and face another week. I learned long ago that when I get that abiding weariness I simply must stop and take time out so that I don’t fall down in a heap later, and take months or years to recover, rather than days.
As someone in the chronic illness community, I understand that I have limited spoons. (Spoons is a metaphor for limited energy. Don’t know what ‘Spoon Theory’ is? Learn about it here.) I don’t ever have as much energy as someone who is well, even when I look great and am feeling good. I have to think carefully about how I spend my energy, and how to best support myself for when the energy runs out. Some days I have more energy, some days I have less, and sometimes – when I have had to draw on my emergency energy reserves to get by – I end up in deficit and I need to take time out to top my tank back up. That’s what my weekend was all about.
This week? I’m pacing myself, and looking forward to some of this glorious creative energy to help colour my own projects and dreams! Take care of yourself in the days ahead, and for all of you who are also juggling limited spoons, I’m sending extra love and hugs. Nicole xx
