Nurse Bert Reports

“To make a difference in someone’s life, you don’t have to be brilliant, rich, beautiful or perfect. You just have to care.”   ~ Mandy Hale

I’m not letting her out of my sight.

Nicole, that is.

Because she’s still really sick.

I’m making her rest. I’m following her if she needs to get out of bed. I want her to know that my job is to look after her. And I take my job very seriously.

Human peoples, Nicole is resting. Rest can make you better. So can love. So I am making sure she has both.

Maybe you need some rest and some love too. I think it is very good medicine.

That’s all for now.

Love from Nurse Bert

xoxo

  6. My thoughts are still with you Nicole and I truly hope that you start feeling better very soon. Aren’t animals magnificent friends to have around during these times (and all others)? They are so understanding and empathetic, so loyal and comforting. I myself have two dogs and I am sure that they sense when something is up with me too. Blessed be and take care, I hope the new day brings you a renewed sense of wellbeing and calm. AmberStar

  7. Oh, that look of Nurse Bert’s. May the dedication of his love, and all the gentle beings around the farm, give your body and spirit the kind of healing and strength you most desire. Remember not to stay up too late, nights at the retreat. Listen to your loving PA when she calls you to turn in. I will be with you and all of you. . .just a stone’s throw away.
    — much love

    • We will really miss you on retreat, dear one! But I have a magical stone for you that has been out charging with all the rest, through the eclipse and supermoon and all of the other celestial and earthy energies. I thought you might like to have and hold a small piece of what we will be doing xx
