“Time is free, but its priceless
You can’t own it, but you can use it
You can’t keep it, but you can spend it
Once you’ve lost it, you can never get it back.”
Harvey MacKay
Hey, Lovelies.
Are you making time for what matters to you?
I know, it’s crazy times. Many of us have lost our old routines. Things are different. The world is different. And it has meant we’ve had to adapt, change, make do.
But, now more than ever, it’s important to honour your own needs. Maybe you still need to learn. Maybe you yearn to move your body more. Or get five minutes to yourself. Maybe it’s finding a replacement for that overseas trip, or spending more time with your partner or kids.
Whatever it is, don’t put it off. Find a way to make it happen, or create a new version of whatever your plans were that can still bring you comfort, happiness or satisfaction.
It’s impossible to keep supporting others if you don’t also take care of you. Give your needs priority – it will subdue any resentment you feel and increase your coping skills.

Don’t put off living – we must make every moment count, even if they are not the moments we had envisaged for ourselves.
Thinking of you and sending so much love, Nicole xx
“Don’t put off living – we must make every moment count, even if they are not the moments we had envisaged for ourselves.”
I often think this, Nicole, but I forget. I believe this will be one of my mottoes while I am in the north getting the last things done. I have about a month or so in this land of my soul and I can’t lose a speck of it, even if it isn’t what I envisioned it might be!
