Quiet Time And Spiritual Practices

“Find your bones. Believe in what you are.”
Grace Sara

I’m taking a little quiet time this morning. Pulling some cards. Meditating with favourite crystals and my mala beads. Writing in my journal. Afterwards, I’ll go for coffee and an early breakfast with my beloved Ben, Cafe Dog, and maybe a friend or two if anyone is awake and available.

These early morning spiritual practices and rituals have helped me enormously in my life. They’ve taught me about myself, gifted me much more compassion, kindness and  wisdom, and opened me up psychically. All of them are easy to master, but can take you very deeply into a place of connection and self-understanding. I’ll be teaching these foundation skills in my upcoming ‘Soul Sanctuary – Working With Crystals’ Retreat in Byron Bay.

I’ll be sharing a little more about this retreat tomorrow, but if you’d like more information in the meantime, you can find it here.

Wishing you a peaceful journey today, wherever life’s road takes you,

Much love, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. I love my quiet times in the morning I get up early and watch the sunrise . Yesterday I saw a beautiful upside down rainbow . I’ve never seen that before I wonder if it means something !!!

  2. Hello Nicole,
I’m curious to know the name of the cards in the photo? They are gorgeous!
Thank you so much for all that you do,
    Blessings,

    1. Aren’t they gorgeous! It’s the Good Tarot by Colette Baron Reid. Very gentle and nurturing energies in this deck. I’m enjoying them immensely ❤️
