As usual, I began my meditation at 3am this morning, so I might do some night-flying with my aunties and to check on my students and loved ones.
I just finished now, at 9am.
It happens like that sometimes. The world dissolves and everything becomes merged, connected, whole. Time becomes meaningless.
I hope you can find a small pocket of time for yourself this weekend where time can stretch out and you can fill your cup with the things you love.
