“Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. ”
~ Carrie Fisher
Hello, Lovelies!
What’s something you loath to do?
You know, that thing which fills you with resentment. The thing you procrastinate over. The thing that makes you sick to your stomach or fills you with anger as you contemplate how much it wastes the precious time you could have spent on something else. The thing you’re no good at and keep struggling with. The thing that is someone else’s passion rather than your own.

Maybe it’s being the one who always packs the dishwasher, or the one who always cooks dinner. Maybe it’s sitting in endless meetings that achieve nothing. Maybe it’s going to that group activity or family commitment out of a sense of duty. Or hanging out with people you don’t even like. Or cleaning the house, or doing your own bookwork, or trying to fix the thing you haven’t been able to fix for the past ten years.
Think about how you can change it, delegate it, or say no to it. Then do it. Take action to minimise or better manage this thing in your life that has you tied in knots.

Life is too short to live from resentment.
Now you have freed up some time? Fill it with something you love.
Hugs and love, Nicole xx
