At the beginning of every month, I discuss the energies and gifts of the month ahead and how we can best use them to make our lives satisfying, meaningful and productive.

Creativity and Self Awareness Help Your Cope And Grow
April is a creative month, so embrace a spirit of adventure and honesty as you journey forth!
This month expect that projects, ideas and relationships you have put off because of duty, practicality or fear, will come knocking at your door again, asking you to bring them to life. Re-evaluate their place in your current world. Be honest in acknowledging whether your heart is still connected to these things, or if you have outgrown them, or moved on.
April is a starting point for deeper self-awareness.
You’ll see everything through the lens of Inner Truth. It’s a chance for being able to truly connect and listen to others during conversations in ways that will help both of you to feel heard and understood. This can bring a fresh energy to love relationships, friendships, work, and family dynamics.
There is a return of hope, and increased compassion for yourself and those around you. Relationships with others are your biggest focus this month. This includes your relationship to your body, your faith, your community, your planet.
As you become more in touch with your truth you’ll see clearly who you want to spend time with, or put your energy to. You’ll also see where you are denying yourself things that could give your life more meaning and wellbeing.
You’ll be ready to engage, ready to give things up or take things on, ready to reprioritise, ready to take the next step, ready to go for the promotion, or to birth that new project into being.
April gifts you strong intuition regarding your deepest desires. All forms of soul work, Inner Child work and journaling will help you to find answers, and solutions to any lack of direction you feel.
Gather your spiritual tools and techniques together, and identify any areas where you would like to learn more. Trust that the right teachers and resources will appear.
