This is a very personal post, you see, because I wrote it just for you.
I feel you. I see you. I connect with you in my meditations and I’ve been calling you to me because you are living the question and I am living the answer.
You don’t feel worthy. You don’t feel deserving. You’re stuck in a loop of pain or low-self-worth or negative self-talk. Things are tough right now. You don’t have much (or any) support. You don’t know how to get out of this mess. You don’t know how to change it. Money’s tight. You don’t think you can invest in yourself but you also don’t feel that you can ask for help when there are so many other people out there worse off than you. And you just don’t want to let anybody else down – especially yourself.
Part of you wants to give up.
Another part of you is clinging to a glimmer of hope – that SOMETHING is going to come along and help you change all of this.
I’m not promising miracles. I’m not promising an easy fix. I’m not promising to be your therapist or your salvation. But I want you to know… I SEE YOU.
