Nourishing What Matters – Monday Oracle 3 February 2025

Hello, Lovelies!

This Quarter I am using the Sacred Earth Oracle by Toni Carmine Salerno and Leela J. Williams, illustrated by Helena Nelson-Reed, for my weekly oracle readings.

Our card to guide us for the week ahead is EFFICIENCY.

2025 is a year for pattern breaking, deep healing, mysticism and new directions.

February is a month for making changes and trying out new things, for embarking on new adventures/projects/iterations, and for learning all you can.

 

EFFICIENCY

We give our time and energy to so many things.
But, do we give time and energy to what really matters?

This week you’re encouraged to feed the tiny sparks of an idea, a goal or a project so that it may grow.

So often we put what matters last.

We think we’ll relax and spend time with loved ones when the work is done.

We’d love to lie in bed on Sunday and read a book and nap all day, but instead we promise someone else that we’ll do something that makes them happy. So we come to Monday exhausted and unrefreshed.

We say yes when we want to say no.
We leave the important things until the end of the day when our battery is flat.

We don’t schedule time for the dream that is in our heart because our plan is to ‘do it in our spare time’, and of course we never end up having any spare time so our beloved dream languishes.

This week, make time for what matters.

The people, the goals, the dreams, the projects.

Carve out some time and make a start. Be there. Be present. Let time flow around you while you hold that moment and really savor it.

While you’re at it, see what you can do about decluttering your life, and making even more time for yourself, your cherished relationships and your dreams. This is the year for pattern-breaking. Let that start now!

 

My Top Tip For The Week Ahead: 

Find time this week for three things:

  1. Time for some self-care, a nap, or other form of soul nourishment.
  2. Time for a beloved. Sit and have coffee, talk on the phone or a video call, do something together, enjoy the relationship.
  3. Time for a project, hobby or dream. What’s one thing you’d love to do or get better at this year? Choose that!

Even if you can only spare 3 blocks of fifteen minutes, it’s a start. If you’re struggling to find time, look at what you can let go. Scrolling social media, television and screen time is a good place to start. Cut those back, and let more life in!

Here at the Treehouse I’m managing okay with my new Lyme regime of herbs and meds. They are making me wretchedly unwell,  but I’m back in a good headspace after a few truly awful days where I struggled to find grace, optimism or a sense of humour.

One thing that is really helping me cope is my twice daily meditation sessions. It gives me focus and takes me completely out of my body for a few hours.

So, I have set up a crystal grid, and my intention is to do healing meditations for you daily, between now and February 18. My morning meditation will focus on helping you with pattern-breaking, new directions forward, and with embracing your creativity and intuition. My evening meditation will focus on emotional healing, mental healing, spiritual healing, and physical healing, as well as healing family, past life and intergenerational trauma.

If you’d like to be included specifically, please let me know in the comments here or over on Facebook. There is no cost to be included in my healing meditations, or for the inclusion of a loved one. 

February has such wonderful energies for creating alignment with where we want to go, and for starting this big healing journey. It would be my honour to include you in my daily meditations.

  6. Dearest Nicole, I would dearly love for you to include my daughter Nicole in your meditations. She is struggling in a huge dip with her recovery from long term Lyme and is very, very low with the grief of her chronic disease journey and the set back of her current situation. I thank you in advance.

  8. Nicole, you are in my prayers for healing and ease in your body. Please include me in your meditations. My dear late father, whom I loved/love very much, blessed several of his children with degenerative disc disease and whole-body arthritis. I am one of those children. At age 70, it is affecting my daily life. Thank you so much, sweet, generous soul.

  10. Dear Nicole.Please include me in your healing meditation.Four months ago my son and I gave permission to the doctors to remove the ventilator from my husband of 64 years.He had been in hospitals a month. My heart is broken .I no longer want to be here.Barbara
