I had really hoped to nap yesterday, after my night of zero sleep, but it just didn’t happen.
By day’s end I was so full of adrenalin that I knew it would be late before I fell asleep, so I decided to write this blog BEFORE I went to sleep, so that today I could sleep in until my body was ready to wake up – no need to get up and do my 4am meditation, or to be at my writing desk just after 5am to get a blog post to you.
Keep your fingers crossed that as you are reading this I am in bed, fast asleep, and catching up on some sorely needed rest.
You won’t see me tomorrow morning either. It’s Ben’s and my 23rd wedding anniversary, and we’re having an ‘unplugged’ day to ourselves from beginning to end – oh gee that sounds good!
Anyway, it’s February – a sensational month for nurturing relationships, friendships and social and emotional connections – so this is perfect timing.
