Hello, Lovelies!
This Quarter I am using Angels and Ancestors Oracle Cards by Kyle Gray, with artwork by Lily Moses, for my weekly oracle readings.
Our card to guide us for the week ahead is HERMIT – Retreat and Recharge.
2023 is a year for change, creating solid foundations, and for spiritual journeying. It’s a year for personal growth, and for clarifying who you are, what you want, and why you are here.
June heralds a return to hope and heart, where we can find direction, optimism, fun and friendship. We are empowered to own our individuality and to find joy in self-expression.
HERMIT – Retreat and Recharge
This week’s energies are all about recalibration – and the positive results that can be achieved when you make yourself a priority in your life. You’ll find the energies of this week gentle and creative, supporting you to come to a place of kindness, compassion and peace within yourself. Use this week for any form of forgiveness work or emotional healing. The battles you have fought and the self-awareness you have gained through your insight and reflection have brought you new perspectives and wisdom. Your intuition will be on point, and easy to tune in to. Know that the decisions you make this week will be good ones.
You may find yourself craving emotional luxury and moments of social connection now. What floats your boat might not be what makes someone else happy but that’s okay – you need to honour your own needs and fill your tank with the things that inspire and delight you. This week provides a quiet lull and a chance to regroup and reconnect with friends and loved ones.
Take time for pampering, for scheduling massage, spa days, haircuts and shopping time. Spill that energy out into your home and office too and create an environment that gives you a sense of sanctuary. Renovations of any kind are well aligned now – both the planning and the implementation of them.
My Top Tip For The Week Ahead:
It’s been a bumpy ride this year, and very intense for some of you. Rest now. Pamper yourself a little. Dream, plan, have some fun, reconnect with your passions. All of that will help position you for a strong year in 2024.

Crystals to support you this week – Clear Quartz, Amazonite, Tektites, Carnelian, Sunstone, Green Aventurine, Larimar.
Please don’t ask me about the ute, and the shed, and for good news on that front. We have zero action yet, but we remain hopeful.
Here at the Treehouse I had two big medical appointments last week, and I have my final one this Friday. I am doing my very best to remain calm, unattached to outcomes, and to surrender to what is. It’s mostly working. But we haven’t got to Friday yet… Still, after four decades of chronic health issues I have learned to mostly roll with it, and I intend to do that this time too. Overall, I’m feeling pretty good. I’ve found a fab new local acupuncturist (I still miss my Byron Bay support system so much though – *waves to Adam, Jodi and Olivia*) and I am doing slow beach walks, slow yoga, and slow life. It’s working, and I can see me living at this slower pace for good.
On the kitchen front I have become quite addicted to tray bakes of fresh vegetables – at least one meal a day will feature a combo of any of eggplant, cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes, brussels sprouts, okra, capsicum, carrot and pumpkin or anything else in season. Yum! Leftover baked vegies are also excellent blended up into a quick soup – perfect for this cooler winter weather.
Each morning before breakfast I’m working on the book I began during NaNoWriMo 2021 – I’ve done 2/3 of a total rewrite, and I am happy with its new direction. Ben and I are also on the final edit of the first book we wrote together. It’s a joyful thing, to have a brain that works well enough again to be able to hold complex plots and to find and remember words in a way that helps to get decent stories onto the page. After too many years lost to brain fog and loss of executive and cognitive function I’m quietly excited to be back in a place where I can face the page without confusion and frustration.
Okay, I’m heading back to my story now. It’s a big scene coming up, and I’ve been thinking about it on and off all night. Wish me luck, and I hope you find some quality time to connect with some loves of your own this week too, Nicole xx
PS – Pic is of me and Ben on a recent outing on the Mooloolaba River. This Sunshine Coast life is suiting me very well indeed!
Oh how I liked this post, the way it spoke to me
Hello Nicole,
sometimes you shared in your posts stories with us considering your being a psychic and your knowing out of the blue when something was wrong with the health of your clients. I wonder if you have this with your own health too. Or with your own life in general. And If yes do you find it helpful or frightening sometimes?
Have a nice day
Caroline
