I never sleep in! How did that happen?

Hey, Lovelies.
My plan was to get up at 4am, to meditate until 5am, to write until 6am, and then to dive straight into a deadline driven project I need to get finished.
The reality?
I slept in.
I NEVER sleep in. Until today. Where I was asleep up until 4 minutes ago – 6.04AM.
I guess I’ll just shift my plans around to accommodate this unusual incident.
By the way, I feel MARVELLOUS.
Sleep obviously agrees with me.

I am SO so Soooo glad you were able to write this day’s notes!I have been struggling to get ‘any’ sleep these days and have been beating myself up when I wake at 4 or 5am. But hearing how you actually intentionally make use of those wee hours it gave me a different perspective. Do instead of feeling frustrated I’ve put on a meditation app and practice some lieing down Qigong and if I happen to doze off, bonus! And if not, then I got something done that I may normally not .
