Hey Lovelies,
This is a message for all of my empaths, intuitives, psychics and highly sensitive souls.
We’re living in a gigantic soup of energy right now. Emotions are running high. People are fearful, anxious or angry. People are worried about their safety and security, some are obsessed with conspiracy theories, and all around us is turmoil and instability.
You’re sensitive. As a sensitive soul it’s easy to soak up the feelings and energies of other people, so it’s easy to become overwhelmed right now, or to spiral down into hard places or to end up manic and unstable yourself because you keep owning and processing all these energies and thoughts as if they are your own.
Sensitive souls are strong. You’ve got this. Sit yourself down and have a quiet talk to yourself. Feel into the feelings and identify if they truly are yours or if you need to let them go.

It’s fine to let them go.
Then, be more mindful.
Keep yourself grounded. (Need help with that? Tips and meditation here and foot soak here)
Stay hydrated and well rested and ensure that you get time in nature and time out from screens, social media and crowds.
Look after your energetic hygiene and mental health. This is a long-haul event, and it’s essential you don’t burn out. The world needs your light, and you need to stay balanced, connected, grounded and sane.

Wow. I went looking for the meditation you mentioned in the live call this morning and came across this. So needed right now! I found the right post for me. Such simple advice but very much needed. I have feelings that are definitely not my own. I’m not freaking out but I’m feeling energetically unstable. etc. Thank you so much!
