To make the Challenge more meaningful I’ve decided to also include elements of intuition and self-care.
I’ll be launching the Challenge on Saturday 20th of October. All you’ll need to do is turn up to the blog – so make sure you’re subscribed so that the challenges come straight to your inbox.
To be ready for the launch you’ll need a few simple tools:
- A journal
- Pens, pencils and coloured pens or markers
- Your favourite Oracle or Tarot cards
- A crystal to hold and meditate with
- About ten minutes each day plus a little extra for the bonus activities if you want to do them
I can’t wait to do this Challenge with you. It’s going to be awesome!
