Fear is static that prevents me from hearing myself.
If you’re highly sensitive, intuitive or empathic you may feel a little overwhelmed with emotion right now as we journey through these times of flux and transition. It’s normal to be triggered as we work with our shadow selves and as we face what has been hidden within us. It’s also normal for that to bring up feelings of anxiety, panic or fear – and then it can be hard to move forward.
I’ve recorded a guided twelve-minute meditation that takes you through the process I use for myself to find that calm center within, so that I can move past overwhelm and regain my strength and composure.
The more your practice this meditation, the more you will come to find that you can get on top of these feelings, and return to a place of peace.
Have a glass of water ready. When you are finished, drink some of this water to help anchor the images and feelings created during your meditation.
