Anchor Hope, Anchor Love, Anchor Optimism

Promise Yourself

To be so strong that nothing
can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity
to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel
that there is something in them
To look at the sunny side of everything
and make your optimism come true.

To think only the best, to work only for the best,
and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others
as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past
and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times
and give every living creature you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself
that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear,
and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud words but great deeds.
To live in faith that the whole world is on your side
so long as you are true to the best that is in you.

Last night I ran a webinar and channelling session for some of my retreat students.

One of the messages that came through was the need for us to anchor love, hope, and optimism, through our daily thoughts and actions.

By anchoring this energy – to counterbalance the fear, despair and negativity that so many people are feeling right now – we can create space for positive shift and creative flow, energies that are needed to continue to solve problems and create change.

Don’t ever doubt that by anchoring love and kindness, by staying upbeat and encouraging, and by not giving in to cynicism, apathy and despair, that you can change the world.

Vibrationary shift is needed to bring conscious shift. So, help us create that shift by living mindfully. By living with hope.

Live from love and kindness. Be the shift!

Much love, Nicole xx

Hi! I'm Nicole Cody. I am a writer, psychic, metaphysical teacher and organic farmer. I love to read, cook, walk on the beach, dance in the rain and grow things. Sometimes, to entertain my cows, I dance in my gumboots. Gumboot dancing is very under-rated.

  1. Thank you Nicole for another great message! It sounds so true and have been working on focussing on that myself lately. Just one question, how can I support my family on this path? I see a lot of insecurity and negativity in them and it’s so hard to counter all the negative talk. I don’t want to brush their feelings aside, but by continuing to focus on negative emotions life is not going to get better. Just thinking back to your live Facebook session last week on the laws of attraction/how to get unstuck and back into flow. I have introduced gratitude sharing, so that is a start…. But how to break the negative cycle?
