“Learn to let your intuition—gut instinct—tell you when the food, the relationship, the job isn’t good for you (and conversely, when what you’re doing is just right).” ~ Oprah Winfrey
So far, in our Strengthening Intuition Program, we’ve learned how to activate our hand chakras, and how to use our hands to sense energy in objects, people, places and food. Today we’re going to learn two different ways of tuning in to things to find out if they are good for us or not.
Method One:
This method is great when you’re shopping, or putting together a meal. It involves tuning in with your hand chakras to physically ‘feel’ which item, crystal or food is best for you in that moment.

Activate your hand chakras. (If you need a refresher on how to do that, go here first and then over here.)
Clear your mind, and then focus on one thought:
What best serves my Highest Good?
While you hold this thought and intention in your mind, still your own thoughts and then run your hands over a selection of items. The things that are good for you, and vibrationally aligned with your Highest Good, will feel tingly, warm and energised. You may even find that your hands want to keep going back to certain things. Know that these items you’re energetically attracted to will serve you well. Remember too, that this may change from day to day, so keep tuning in. After a while this process becomes easy and automatic.
Things that won’t serve your Highest Good may give no reaction, or feel ’empty’, cold, strange, or even give you a sense of physical or emotional discomfort. Great! Stay away from those…
Bonus Use! – I have found this a great tool against emotional eating. When I follow this process at a time where I would normally eat for comfort or some other reason, I often find that NONE of the foods I’ve selected hold energy for me, and the very process of tuning in removes the need to eat anyway.

Method Two:
Sometimes it is impractical to run your hands over things, or you might want to evaluate an idea, choose a location or program, or think about a person.
Sit down and relax. If you have images, brochures or other information, have this within easy reach. Activate your hand chakras (see the links above in Method One), close your eyes, and use your hands to direct energy into your heart. Sit like this for a minute or two until you feel calm, relaxed and peaceful. This peaceful energy is absolutely necessary for this method to work. When you are emotionally or mentally agitated, you’ll find it impossible to tune in.

From your place of calm, ask the question:
What best serves my Highest Good?
Now tune in to the thing, or things that you are considering. Hold an image or brochure in your hands. With a calm mind, tune in through your hands and then bring your attention to your heart. How do you feel, when you are tuned in to this thing? Look for emotions that are calming, positive or uplifting. Look for a sense of certainty or safety. If you feel anxious, unsettled, or uncomfortable, it’s not for you. If it holds no energy or emotion consider it neutral or not especially useful to you.

If you don’t have an image or tangible object to work with, then hold an image in your mind, and keep your hands apart and palms up on your lap, or resting on each knee.Use the same process as above, tuning in to your own emotions and intuition.
You can sit down and go through this procedure before entering a shop, social situation or a place where you will be gathering information. When you are in this space of energetic connection you will find that certain objects, brochures or images appear visually brighter, or just stand out more and capture your attention somehow when you look at them. These sorts of ‘bright’ energies are always good for you!

Thank you Nicole. The procedures you are describing are part of my routine, something i considered like a weird habit. I find it amazing now to see that this is a process one can follow. I wonder where did this knowledge come from?
thanks Nicole. . . .xxx
