The best thing about the bedroom was the bed. I liked to stay in bed for hours, even during the day with covers pulled up to my chin. It was good in there, nothing ever occurred in there, no people, nothing.

Lovelies, my lovelies, it’s important to know when to push ahead. But you also have to know when to stop.
You have to know when your own light is dimming and your own tank is getting close to dry.
You have to be able to read your own inner gauge, to know when you are in danger of red-lining.

Sometimes, most times, you’ll get more done by focussing on one thing at a time.
You’ll get more done by going slow and steady.
You’ll get more done by resting when you’re tired.
It’s impossible to create from an empty tank.
Not without causing great damage to yourself on so many levels.
Sustainability starts with knowing how to read your own inner energy gauges, and recognising when you are working from empty instead of from a full charge.
You have to start by filling your own cup.

This week, tune in often! Check-in with yourself and ask how you are feeling – what your energy levels, concentration and focus are like, what the state of your physical, emotional and mental health is.
And if it’s low, do something about that FIRST. Your goals and plans and work can wait.
Don’t start from empty. Don’t run your life from empty. Don’t fill the cup of another at the expense of your own.
Okay?
All my love, Nicole xx
How silly to be too busy, I miss your encouragement. You are such a blessing!
Thank you Nicole,
Reminder, Remember “You “
So right stilling yourself pays dividends when you especially do it in a conscious way.
Love your wisdom
