You don’t need to get anyone else to agree with your truth. You just need to live it.
~ Alan Cohen
Hey, Lovelies.
We have a Full Moon in Gemini coming up on December 8, but you might be feeling its influence now. This one is a powerful one. It brings a focus to passionate and honest communication, but this communication may be imperfect.
This communication may also be messy.
You’ll find that your frustrations, triggers and the things you can’t keep hiding need to come to the surface.
So, talk about them – which may be with yourself or someone else. It’s better to have expressed yourself imperfectly and made a start than to stay silent.
Be honest with yourself about what’s troubling you, what is driving you mad, what is breaking your heart…
Be honest with yourself about where you are failing, quitting on yourself, or allowing things to continue that go against what you stand for and believe in. Be honest about the things you are repressing that you long for, or want to change.
Be gentle with yourself too, because some of this will be BIG stuff, the kind of stuff you may have been secretly nursing, ignoring or hiding for decades.
Be compassionate with yourself and others as you express yourself awkwardly, or if you get upset or angry or emotional. Some of this stuff is HARD which is one of the reasons you haven’t dealt with it yet. But once it’s out in the open the hardest part is done, and from here you can keep working on things, and clarifying things.
This big Full Moon in Gemini will cast ripples until the 17th of this month, so there’s plenty of time to journal, sit with your feelings, see a therapist or have that conversation. Expect waves of strong emotion. Welcome them. Act on them – but remember to operate from a place of wisdom and kindness as much as you possibly can. Stand in your strength. Back yourself and be brave in uncovering these things inside you needing to be explored and expressed.
I’m sending you love and light for the journey. Nicole xx
Thank you Nicole, it is a long, long time since I sat and read your blogs.
I have been distant…to me…too long.
Have read and felt your last three blogs, a familiar peace has returned to my being…there is much for me to consider…there is me to consider. May your festive season be gentle. Love, love Marguerite. Bridgetown WA.
Thanks Nicole🙏
