Simple 2012 Guided Meditation for you

I’ve recorded a very homespun meditation for you, to help you connect with the energies of this new year.  All you need to do is sit comfortably, close your eyes, and listen to my voice guiding you through the process.  You’ll find it easy, even if you’ve never really meditated before.

It also uses the technique of centering which I discussed in yesterday’s post. The most important thing is to relax, and be easy in your body, and have an intention of being open in heart and mind.

2012 brings us so many opportunities for healing, growth, love and increased awareness.  My intent for you is that you are able to connect with this energy and experience positive transformation, happiness and contentment in the year ahead.

  2. Nicole that was wonderful I continued to accept ‘downloads’ for quite some time – leaving me with a very peaceful feeling. (Much better than cleaning the kitchen at 2.30 in the morning (see fb post).

    • LOL. When I was younger and very ill I was on anabolic steroids for 2 years to rebuild my muscle mass. I was devastated when my voice dropped, and it’s ruined my singing voice, but the bonus is that my speaking voice sounds okay! Thanks for the kind words xx
