Designing Your Future – Today!

“If you do not yet know where you fit, I suggest you try seeking it in receptive silence.  I used to walk amid the beauties of nature, just receptive and silent, and wonderful insights would come to me.” ~  Peace Pilgrim

Today is a wonderful day to set aside some time for creating a long-range vision for your life. Not what you want to do this year or next, but where you want to end up, years from now.

If you followed along with my mini-retreat you can sit in meditation with your Higher Self, or your Guide or Angel. Think about where your life could take you and ask for guidance and clarification using the techniques I have shown you.

Or simply make yourself a cup of tea, sit down with your journal and let yourself dream a little. Think about the following things:

  • Where do you want to be living?
  • What work will you do?
  • Who will share your life?
  • How will your health and body be?
  • What activities will fill your day?
  • Anything special that you’re doing or enjoying?
  • What things will you have already accomplished?
  • What dreams will still be left to achieve?

When you have some answers gift yourself ten minutes to sit or lie with your eyes closed, seeing yourself at that place in your future timeline. Allow yourself to see and deeply feel yourself having and being these things, and doing these activities. Luxuriate in your vision. Create in great detail and colour. Know that everything starts first as a thought and then, empowered by feeling, it is birthed into the world.

Use today to begin to create a new reality for yourself – one you can grown into that will fill your heart with joy and comfort.

Love and hugs,

Nicole
