This short guided meditation will help you to release old patterns and energies and make yourself magnetic to new flows of abundance, creativity, and opportunity.

All you need to do is find eight minutes of quiet time. Then sit or lie comfortably, and follow along to the sound of my voice. Feel free to hold your favourite crystal or mala beads as you meditate. Click the recording below to listen to the meditation.
